The Delta Dental of New Jersey Foundation's grant cycle is now open!

During our 2025 grant cycle, we are offering S.M.I.L.E. and S.M.I.L.E. Mini Grants.

Remembering Gene F. Napoliello, DDS

In memory of Dr. Gene, we awarded Dental Assisting Grants as part of our SMILE grants in 2023 and in 2024 we awarded SMILE Workforce Grants totaling $1.4M.

These grants focus on establishing or expanding dental assisting programs across New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as finding ways to provide opportunities for youth to learn more about dental assisting careers.

We offer these grants to continue Dr. Gene’s quest and legacy to support our future health care leaders, in turn, creating greater access to dental care for all.
