Delta Dental of New Jersey, Inc. is a New Jersey not-for-profit dental service corporation. It provides insured dental benefits to individuals and groups in New Jersey and provides dental benefit third party administration services to self-funded groups in New Jersey and Connecticut. Delta Dental of Connecticut, Inc. is a Connecticut health insurer. It provides insured dental benefits to individuals and groups in Connecticut; and provides insured vision benefit to individuals and groups in Connecticut and New Jersey. Throughout this document, Delta Dental of New Jersey and Delta Dental of Connecticut are referred to as “Delta Dental.”

When you transact business with us and provide us with your mobile number, verbally consent to receive text messages from us, or subscribe to a Delta Dental text message service, you confirm that the mobile phone number you provide us is your number, you are over the age of 16, and you are authorized to agree to receive Delta Dental text messages that may include scheduling reminders and other messages related to services and information you have requested.

Please note that your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply depending on the terms and conditions of the plan with your mobile service provider. You are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur. Please contact your mobile service provider about such charges.

Delta Dental’s Text Message / SMS service is a voluntary service. You can ask us to stop sending you text messages at any time. If you would like to opt-out of receiving text messages from us, text “STOP” in text message. When we receive your mobile number, we do not share or sell your personal information such as phone number and SMS consent with third parties.

We value the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal information.
