Captain Supertooth is back with some great tips for you on flossing!

Flossing helps clean in between your teeth, where your toothbrush cannot reach. Flossing gets rids of:

  • Germs
  • Bacteria
  • Any food that gets left behind

Here’s how to floss:

  1. Take a strand of floss
  2. Wrap it around your middle fingers
  3. Pinch with your thumbs and pointer fingers. Then...
  4. Wiggle it between all of your teeth
  5. Keep brushing. Keep Flossing.  Keep smiling. And keep your teeth nice and healthy!
