Captain Supertooth and Mr. Chopper are back to talk about how long you should brush your teeth:

You should brush your teeth THREE times a day, for TWO minutes each time.

  1. When you wake up before school
  2. When you come home after school
  3. Before bedtime

Are you wondering HOW do you measure TWO minutes? You can do it lots of ways:

  • Sing your favorite song
  • Say the alphabet 10 times
  • Use a stopwatch or a timer

It doesn’t matter HOW you measure, JUST BRUSH! Keep brushing. Keep smiling. And keep your teeth nice and healthy!
