Everything you need to know about the new dentist website

On June 4, 2020, we launched our new Dentist website and retired Benefits Connection. The new site enables your office to easily access information about patient benefits, claims, and pre-treatment estimates. Here’s what you need to know to get started.

If you were registered as a Dental Business in Benefits Connection:
Sign in to your account using your current username and password, then you’ll be guided through a few simple steps to change your password. 

If you were registered as a Dentist in Benefits Connection OR If you are a new Dentist website user:
You will need to register on the new Dentist website. To register, you will need:

  • Your business TIN
  • Either
    • A member ID from your most recent payment from Delta Dental of New Jersey/Delta Dental of Connecticut; or
    • The exact dollar amount from your most recent Delta Dental payment

If you previously used Benefits Connection, you will need to register with a different username. You may use your previous password, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • Must be at least 8 characters
  • Must include 3 of 4:
    • upper case
    • lower case
    • numbers
    • special characters
  • Must not include your name or user name

One more thing to note: If you use your Benefits Connection account to log into the national Delta Dental Plans Association Portal, you will need to use your new username and password there.
