Email Policy

Following the creation of a MySmile® account, all Delta Dental members are automatically added to all digital communications and notifications lists. However, each user can opt-out of certain notifications.

Email
Every email from Delta Dental will include an “unsubscribe” link with instructions. You can remove yourself from an email notification by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the footer of each email. The unsubscribe function at the bottom of a specific email is designed to only remove you from the desired email list, but will not from all Delta Dental of New Jersey communications. Please note, that you cannot opt out of certain messages, such as account status, website updates, or other similar communications. Please allow 48 hours to be removed from a list.
