Delta Dental of New Jersey is operational during the current health crisis even though we are working remotely. We continue to pay claims, monitor enrollment and eligibility, and more.

Our web site is your best resource during this temporary suspension of our call center operations, as our Member, Dentist, and Employer portals are available for you to review claims, check eligibility and benefits, and perform other self-service functions.

Additionally, our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) is operational 24/7 for self-service at 800-452-9310.
