excitement to your health-related lesson plans? Here are

- Delta Dental's Kid's Club

bottom of the home page) features games, cartoons
and a monthly dental trivia column that covers
everything from how ancient civilizations cared for
their teeth, to why Shakespeare wrote about the
misery of toothache, and the real story behind
George Washington's dentures.
- ADA Teacher & Speaker
Resources (www.ada.org/public/topics/teachers/classideas.html),
sponsored by the American Dental Association,
features resources, games, coloring pages and other
resources. Its newest offering is a downloadable
24-page packet, called "Oral Health Care
Classroom Presentations," which features
information, experiments and lesson plans to help
teach your students about oral health care.
Information is categorized by grade and age level.
- ADHA Kid's Stuff (www.adha.org/kidstuff/index.html),
sponsored by the American Dental Hygienists'
Association, features lots of dental-related
information geared for elementary school children.
The site features games, answers to common
questions, and tooth facts for kids.

for children ages 4 to 9. Colgate also offers an
award-winning educational program for teachers

subjects. To wow students about your knowledge of
