Delta Dental Offers Enhanced Explanation of Benefits Statements

Our new Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement is presented in a readable, user-friendly format. Developed in consultation with dentists and members, it contains more information than before and has been reformatted to make it easier to find what you need. 

The new EOB statement includes all the features of the old EOB, plus a few new ones, including the patient’s benefit period and the amount the patient is not responsible for.
