The Delta
Dental Foundation awarded more than $560,000 to programs
that bring dental care to people in underserved
communities throughout New Jersey and Connecticut.
Foundation
grants support dental programs for schoolchildren,
senior citizens, and the developmentally disabled. They
also help fund community clinics in underserved areas.
The Foundation
also funded several dental education grants at colleges
throughout the area. Other dental education grants are
scheduled to be approved later this year.
