Checking Claim Status

If you submitted a claim to Delta Dental, please follow up if you have not received any response within eight weeks. You may check on the status of claims at any time using our online Benefits Connection (www.deltadentalnj.com; click "Subscribers" and log on to Benefits Connection) or by calling our automated and newly revised voice response system (800-452-9310). Please call Customer Service (800-452-9310) if Benefits Connection indicates there is no record of your claim.
