Standard & Poor's recently
affirmed Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey's AA-
counterparty credit and financial strength ratings for
the fourth consecutive year. The analysis was based on
the company's extremely strong capitalization, excellent

signs into law a comprehensive reform package relating,
among other things, to insurance fraud. Any person who
knowingly makes or causes to make a false or misleading
statement of material fact to an insurance company is
