We recently sent you (and all of
our brokers) our annual Broker Satisfaction Survey to
find out how we are doing. Surveys were e-mailed to more
than 300 brokers in New Jersey and Connecticut, and more
than 100 responded. A special thanks to everyone who
participated!
We use information from the survey to measure our
performance and make improvements. Results from the
survey will be included in the next issue of Broker
News, which will be printed in October.
