New Marketing Effort Focuses on Small Business

Small business offers big opportunities. There are nearly 40,000 businesses with 10 to 99 employees in New Jersey. We recently made some changes so we can build our presence in this market.

Barbara Strano has been reassigned as Account Executive, Special Products. She will be responsible for the sales/retention and service of all groups between 10 and 99 lives in Morris, Essex, Sussex, Bergen, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset, Warren, Union and Passaic counties. She also assumes responsibility for the growth of DeltaCare (our dental HMO product) and Delta Dental Patient Direct (our dental access program) with groups.

We reassigned Strano's former territory to Kim White and Tina Sparrow. White adds Essex County to her territory. Sparrow adds Morris and Sussex counties.

"This action illustrates our commitment to our brokers and the small group market," says Mark Nadeau, Vice President, Marketing. "We are committed to a smooth and seamless transition, and to the continued care and servicing of broker needs and those of their clients."
