We Added More Groups, Subscribers in 2006

We closed 2006 with new clients and more subscribers, says Mark Nadeau, Vice President, Marketing.

In 2006:

  • Not only did we issue more proposals, but we also closed a greater percentage of them. We saw an 11% increase in closing ratios.

  • Our client retention rate remained close to 95%.

  • We added more than 34,000 primary subscribers.

  • We welcomed new groups such as Yale University, Barr Pharmaceuticals, GAF, Atlas Copco, the Diocese of Camden, Crabtree and Evelyn, and St. Raphael Hospital.

"These achievements don't just happen," says Nadeau. "They are the result of our broker/consultant partnership. Brokers and consultants helped us exceed our growth goals in a very competitive environment, and for that we are truly appreciative."
