Delta Dental of New Jersey is
offering a new product for New Jersey residents who are
without dental insurance. Delta Dental Patient Direct is
not an insurance plan. It is a dental membership program
that offers access to a network of dentists who have
agreed to provide dental care at fees no higher than the

Audra Irwin has been named 2005 Customer Service
Representative of the Year by the Garden State Chapter of
the International Customer Service Association. For more

| Sixteen Delta Dental employees,
along with their friends and family, participated in the
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Parsippany,
NJ, on October 16. Employees raised $4,372, which was

| New Jersey dental network
coordinators Beth DeCapio and Charlene Yurko recently won
the 2004 Gold Team National Delta Dental PPO award. In
addition, Connecticut dental network coordinator Kim
Alberico received the 2004 Gold Individual Delta Dental
PPO award. The Delta Dental Plans Association honored
DeCapio, Yurko and Alberico for efforts in retention and
expanding Delta Dental of New Jersey's PPO network. For

| With help from a $240,000 grant
from the Delta Dental of New Jersey Foundation, the fifth
dental hygiene program in New Jersey is underway at
Burlington County College. The college now offers a
two-year program leading to an associate of applied
science degree, with a major in dental hygiene. For more
