Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey provides coverage to groups of 15 or more employees without prior dental insurance, or 10 or more employees with prior dental insurance.
To request a proposal, you may:

- E-mail. Send RFP requests to marketing@deltadentalnj.com.
- Visit the Web. The Delta Dental Plans Association (DDPA) provides its RFP Helper online. Completing the information in RFP Helper will help us provide a timely response to your request. To access RFP Helper, please go to www.deltadental.com, click "Brokers," then "Request for Proposal" and then New Jersey or Connecticut on the map.
