To search for a participating dentist in the program for which you are interested, or for a list of participating dentists in your area, click on the appropriate button below. If you are a subscriber and you are uncertain about which network you are enrolled in, please check with your benefits administrator or use our online Benefits Connection. After entering your user name and password, click on Benefits Inquiry. You will see the network you are enrolled in next to Plan Description.
