to Dental Care
In the age of
rising health care costs, there is an alternative
way to provide dental care benefits - economically
and conveniently through the DeltaCare program.
DeltaCare is a dental HMO- type program, underwritten
and administered by Flagship Dental Plans, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Delta Dental of New Jersey, Inc.
Your employees
will enjoy the following advantages with the DeltaCare
program:

No claim
forms. The dental location chosen by the employee
provides all primary dental services. There
are no claim forms to complete.

No deductibles.
In the DeltaCare program there are no required
deductibles to pay so benefits begin immediately.

No annual
dollar maximum. The DeltaCare program has no
annual maximum for individuals or families.
There are frequency limitations for certain
dental procedures.

No pre-existing
conditions restricted. These conditions are
not excluded in a DeltaCare program. Exception:
dental treatment started prior to obtaining
DeltaCare coverage.

Pre-paid
plan saves on dental costs. Out-of-pocket savings
are substantial. Knowing the exact cost prior
to treatment makes financial decision making
easier.

Specialty
services. The DeltaCare program offers services
in dental specialty areas. These include periodontics
(treatment of diseased gums and bones), endodontics
(root canal therapy), and oral surgery procedures.
