From Northern New Jersey

Take I-80 West to I-287 South. Exit 39B (Route 10 West). Follow directions below from Route 10 West.**

**Directions from Route 10 West: From Route 10 West, continue past Dryden Way, and take jughandle just before Wendy's for Route 202 (U-Turn). Cross Route 10 (keep right) and  take jughandle immediately behind the Raceway gas station to get on Route 10 East. Continue approximately .3 miles on Route 10 East. Look for 1639 Route 10, which is the green glass building on the right. Pull in the driveway before the building, follow to end. Make left into the Delta Dental parking lot. See receptionist on 3rd floor.

From Central and Southern New Jersey

Take I-287 to Exit 39. Follow signs for Route 10 West/Dover. Follow directions above from Route 10 West.**

From Newark International Airport
Take Route 78 West to Route 24 West to I-287 North. I-287 North to Exit 39 (Route 10 West). Follow directions above from Route 10 West.**

From the New Jersey Turnpike

Take Exit 14 for Newark Airport. Follow signs for Route 78 West. Take Route 78 West to Route 24 West. Route 24 West to I-287 North. I-287 North to Exit 39 (Route 10 West/Dover). Follow directions above from Route 10 West.**

Take the Lincoln Tunnel to Route 3 West to Route 46 West to I-80 West to Exit 43 (I-287 South) to Exit 39B (Route 10 West). Follow directions above from Route 10 West.**

Take the Cross Bronx Expressway West to the George Washington Bridge. After the George Washington Bridge, follow signs for I-80 West to Exit 43 (I-287 South) to Exit 39B (Route 10 West/Dover). Follow directions above from Route 10 West.**

Take the Throgs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway West to the George Washington Bridge. After the George Washington Bridge, follow signs for I-80 West to Exit 43 to I-287 South to Exit 39B (Route 10 West/Dover). Follow directions above from Route 10 West.**

Alternate Route via I-80 West to Route 202 South to Route 10 East

Take I-80 West to Exit 42A/Morris Plains/Route 202 South. (Route 202 becomes Littleton Road at this exit.) Continue to 5th light. At the intersection of Route 202 and Route 10, cross over Route 10 and take the jughandle immediately behind the Raceway gas station to Route 10 East. Delta Dental is approximately .3 mile on Route 10 East. Look for 1639 Route 10, which is the green glass building on the right. Pull in the driveway before the building, follow to end.
