Windows System Administrator


Summary

The System Administrator’s role is to manage and tune in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and/or 10 years of relevant equivalent work experience.

Security Analyst


Summary

The core responsibility of the IT Security Analyst is operating and maintaining all operational security solutions. That includes vendor updates and upgrades, health and performance monitoring, configuration management and identification, investigation and resolution of security breaches detected by those systems.
Additional responsibilities include involvement in the implementation of new security solutions, participation in the creation and or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures as well as conducting vulnerability audits and assessments. The IT Security Analyst is expected to be fully aware of the enterprise’s security goals as established by its stated policies, procedures and guidelines and to actively work towards upholding those goals.

Network Engineer


Summary
The Network Engineer’s role is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing, and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization. In addition, the Network Engineer will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This individual will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.  This individual would work closely with the Data Security team to ensure proper controls and monitoring are in place for our network environments.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Formal Education & Certification
University degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or 10-15 years equivalent work experience.
Certifications in Cisco Networking (CCEI, CCNP, or CCNA) preferred.

Oral Health & Wellness Coordinator


Summary

Oversees all components and programming intended to benefit the health and wellbeing of DDNJ’s clients, members, providers, and the community. This position will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to develop, implement, manage and report on DDNJ’s oral health and wellness initiatives to maximize the impact of the programs.

Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in health education or Dental Hygiene and at least four years of administrative, clinical, or educational healthcare experience or an equivalent combination of training, education and/or experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to establish priorities and make decisions and to work independently. Must be process oriented, able to orchestrate multiple activities at once and use resources effectively and efficiently. Ability to be proficient in the utilization of large databases, highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities. Ability to work in a team environment, excellent leadership, facilitation, strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making, negotiation and analytical skills are required. Must have a broad knowledge of business functions, ability to influence, motivate and lead team members from various departments.
