Application Systems Architect 

 

Summary 
The Application Systems Architect will be a member of the Application Services team within the Information Services department.  The position performs the role of technical architect and encompasses all aspects of Application Services as it relates to the support of applications, systems integration, partner relationships, EDI, and collaboration with other I/S teams.

Summary
This position has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders as well as customers and end users with a focus on analytical projects and solutions. The business analyst has a main focus to document requirements, analyze business needs and current business process while acting as a conduit between the customer community, development team and testing team. The ability to work cohesively with all stakeholders including senior management, end users, testers, and developers.

Summary
The Director of Customer Experience is responsible for developing and leading a clearly defined marketing and product strategy to support business growth and enhance brand equity in our core centers of excellence.  The role will lead the planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing of all marketing and product functions to support achievement of a better customer experience.  The Director must be a seasoned marketing and product executive, with proven capabilities for developing and implementing product and marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals and for driving marketing and product innovation and process improvements.  The role will be a key leader in the transformation of our organization into a customer-centric culture, representing the voice of the customer.  The person will create and support initiatives to promote the brand, generate traffic, improve retention and loyalty and create customer excitement for DDNJ products.

Small Group Business Manager

 

Summary
This new position will be responsible for the facilitation and management of our small group business program, including sales and retention of business in New Jersey and Connecticut. Proactively manage and maintain relationships with key brokers/consultants and our business partners, including other Delta Dental member company’s and TPA’s. The position functions as the primary contact point (liaison) between Sales, Operations and Marketing for small group segment strategies, business development and management. This position may oversee a team of sales and retention associates.
