Diane Baquero, Sales Associate, Specialty Products

Diane Baquero began her career at Delta Dental of New Jersey in September 2007 as a Sales Associate/Specialty Products. In this capacity Diane’s responsibilities include sales and service of new and existing small groups (10-99 lives) in Central and Northern New Jersey. Delta Dental Patient Direct is one of the specialty products Diane promotes.

Diane has eight years experience in the health and welfare side of the insurance industry working with brokers. Her health benefits experience includes sales and account management as well as new group implementation and retention.

Allan Berkin, Manager, National Accounts

Allan Berkin began his career at Delta Dental of New Jersey in March 1995 as an Account Executive. He became Manager, National Accounts in June 2001. In his current capacity he works closely with our top consultants, assists in all New Jersey sales for groups with more than 1,000 employees and is responsible for calling on targeted large group prospects.

Before joining Delta Dental, Allan was both a New Business and Existing Group representative for U.S. Healthcare in New Jersey.

Allan received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University. He is currently a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the Leadership of Morris County Program. Allan has also received his Registered Health Underwriters designation.

Mark FitzGerald, Account Executive

Mark FitzGerald joined Delta Dental of New Jersey in 2005 as an Account Executive. Mark has over 20 years experience in the employee benefits market as a benefit sales consultant and account manager for national accounts.

As an Account Executive, Mark's responsibilities include the sales and service of new and existing business.

Kristin Gallagher, Account Executive

Kristin Gallagher began her career at Delta Dental of New Jersey in November 2001 as a Service Coordinator and Small Group Sales Representative for southern New Jersey. In February 2006 Kristin was promoted to Account Executive. In this capacity her duties include sales and service of existing accounts, prospective groups and brokers/consultants.

Kristin received her MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.

Ed Maloney, Account Executive

Ed Maloney joined Delta Dental of New Jersey in January 1998 as an Account Executive in our Connecticut sales and marketing office after a career in sales and marketing of individual life and disability insurance products.

As an Account Executive, Ed's duties include sales and account management responsibilities as well as prospecting employer groups and benefits brokers/consultants throughout Connecticut.

Ed received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta, New York and has earned the CLU and RHU designations.

Mark Nadeau, Vice President, Marketing

Mark Nadeau began his career at Delta Dental of New Jersey in June 1991 as an Account Executive. He became Marketing Manager, Connecticut in January 1994 and Director, Marketing in January 1998. In his current capacity he oversees the marketing and sales for new business and existing accounts in New Jersey and Connecticut.

Before joining Delta Dental, Mark was National Sales Manager, Group Benefits at Monarch Life Insurance Company.

Mark received his bachelor's degree in Communications/Education from the University of Hartford. He currently chairs Delta Dental's National Marketing Advisory Group. He serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics New Jersey.

Tina Sparrow, Account Executive

Tina Sparrow began her career at Delta Dental of New Jersey in March 2000 as an Account Executive. In this capacity her duties include sales and service of existing accounts, prospective groups and brokers/consultants.

Before joining Delta Dental, Tina worked for Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Account Executive.

Tina attended St. Joseph's College in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Kim White, Senior Account Executive

Kim White began her career at Delta Dental of New Jersey in October 1993 as an Account Executive. In June 2001 Kim was promoted to Senior Account Executive. In this capacity her duties include sales and service of existing accounts, prospective groups and brokers/consultants. Kim also works with selected brokers and consultants in New York City.

Before joining Delta Dental, Kim worked for State Mutual and New York Life.

Kim received her bachelor's degree in Business from St. Michael College in Winooski, Vermont. She is active in her local chapter of CEBS, CLU and NALU.
