Direct fees in NJ, went into effect January 1,
2008. If you already participate in these
networks, you should have received a copy of

government requires National Provider Identifier
(NPI) numbers by May 23. If you have not sent
your NPI information to Delta Dental of New
Jersey, please send it to us as soon as possible.
