This is in addition to regular claims and pre-treatment estimates. Online claims submission offers several advantages: it prompts you for missing information, which reduces claim rejection; it allows you to check the status of the claims you submit online, so you know immediately that the claims were received and processed; and it is secure and easy to use. Best of all, there is no cost. We do not charge you to submit your claims and pre-treatment estimates to us online. To get started, click the Claims Submissions icon at the top of this page.

- You can communicate private information pertaining to a claim inquiry securely over the Internet using our new Contact Customer Service Form. Unlike information you give us in e-mail, information you give us in the Contact Customer Service Form is protected by SSL technology and encrypted. This means it cannot be read by unauthorized persons as it travels over the Internet. To use the form, click Contact Customer Service under the Forms section located in the left navigation bar.
